    My boobs are disappearing!!

I've been doing a lot of training / healthy eating since January and my weight has dropped from 9-and-a-half-ish stone to just a little more than eight stone (I'm just over five foot), and boobs have gone from a double D cup to what I discovered with dismay last week...a 32B!

I heard this could happen and in honesty it makes running a hell of a lot easier but I don't feel like me! Some friends have even started to comment...am I going to have to gain weight overall again to get them back? I quite like my smaller figure now, but am annoyed I have to make this sacrifice...I'd even be happy with a C cup!

Anyone have experience of this, anything non surgical I can do???!

Have to say my man boobs reducing seems to be the last thing that ever happens, fat seems to come off my legs and when i put it back on it's around my waist and chest. There's no guarantee that if you put fat back on that it will go to where you lost some from.

The woman in this thread wanting to reduce boobs will be glad to read this.

For guys people recommend against beer as the hops produce estrogen effects which can result in man-boobs. Some tablets for female breast enhancement are based on hops too.

If they are getting smaller it is just the natural size they really should be. I know a girl who is always going on about her boobs, and always making comments about all her friends breasts too. I think she really does not see the relationship between fat and breast size, she is a bit overweight and always going on about hers being so big, and one thin girl in particular she points out as having small boobs. While I would not dare say it to her, I actually would say the thin girl is more "well endowed" than she is, i.e. she has big boobs relative to her low fat levels, if she put on as much fat as the big girl they would be far bigger than hers.

You might do some pushups, dips or bench presses which can develop the underlying muscle and so cause them to be raised or add volume from behind.

are you on the pill? if not, that would be a good way to get your boobs up a cup size or two - i went from a b to a c within a month of going on the pill!

This doesn't work. Well, at least doesn't work for me. And the pill doesn't effect the boobs size either... But on the other hand I like my small boobies :D

I'd second that or you could buy hop tablets in holland and barrett they're unlikely to work but also unlikely to do harm.
