Can any explain the difference to me(girl). What are the boundaries and what would be too casual/not business enough?

Business wear is formal - i.e. suits.

Smart/Business casual is shirts/blouses/tops with skirts/pants. Smart but not going down the full suited and booted route.

Stay smart and formal. Don't relax it too much. For instance, jeans would be a no no.
