Changing company address

Just wondering what the correct procedure for changing company address is? I run a small online company from my home but am moving and want to reflect this.

I know I can use the CRO for the company side of things but what's the correct procedure for dealing with the bank and which should be done first?

    Thanks.

Call your Bank manager and tell him your new address. They will be happy to hear you are expanding to a new location. If you have a new ESB Bill with the new location, bring that in but that is if the Bank asks, otherwise the change of address should be done straight away when your are in there.

The Bank should be first, followed on the same day with the CRO as it only takes a minutes online or it will take a few days for post to arrive & the CRO inputs the new details.

All you need to do is send the bank an original signed letter stating that they you have changed address. No need to go into the bank.

Thats correct Tuvok - It is always good to still talk to their manager to build a better relationship with those bankers :D
