    Some of you may have already seen Phil Migliarese's excellent Jiu Jitsu Share site, he's just lauched a similar site for MMA called http://matrixfights.ning.com/

    Kenny and Keith Florain show a technique from Phil's school, Balance Studios in Philadelphia.

    By the way, MMA was made legal in Pennsylvania earlier this year, the first event was held 2 weeks ago :)

    Phil will be here on Dublin's northside next week, giving a seminar in our studios next Friday (MMA and no gi) and Saturday (gi). If you'd like to come, drop me a pm
