    1000m warm up ergo

    core circuit:

    woodchoppers
    situps

    v-ups
    knee tucks
    crawl
    suicide press ups

    lunges
    bent over row


    10 mins hiit (80%) cross trainer

    2 minute break

    10 minute hiit (80%) bike

    1000m cooldown ergo



    i do that 3 times a week. Then another 2 days run between 4 and 6 kms or do one run and one spinning class.

    Is there any area im leaving out? Am i doing too little/much cardio/weights/core exercises?
