Am I the only one who is not getting their indigo email? I get mail to myname@gofree.indigo.ie but recently mail to myname@indigo.ie just disappears, no bounce messages, nothing. It always worked in the past. I rang eircom but you might as well be talking to a wall.

Mea Culpa. Got a different support guy at Eircom who proved that the problem was at my end.

All of us Indigo users are set up on http://www.mail2web.com/ which is useful to know. You can even view mail on your mobile.

    Hi All,
    first time on this forum.
I am an indigo.ie customer and have been for years.
This evening, bout an hour ago, I cannot access this account. I checked my outlook settings and all look fine. I tried outlook on my other laptop and the same problem. I've checked web2mail.com and got username or password incorrect message.
I havent changed my password in a while.
Anyone out there having a similar problem? Anybody got a contact number for indigo support?
    Thx,
    Mick

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum

No problem here with my indigo a/c but I have had to re-enter my login details about 3 or 4 times over the past 5 years. It must be a couple of years though since I last had to do that.

If your email address is on this list, perhaps your password was changed:

Best to check with support - support.eircom.net
