Now i know UK just like ourselves are a first world country but no one can argue with me here that in certian cases te Death Penality should exist

    http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/news/article2407368.ece

now i know its the sun and not exactly amazing journalism but even if there is a 1% chance this is true then its sickening

this man can contribute nothing to society so to me the only alternatitive is to execute him

If i had my option i would torture him for years but the PC brigae would give out

This is just sick. some people dont deserve life

I get the feeling that if he's allowed in the general population in prison he'll get what he deserves fairly quickly.. i hope he does anyway.. scum

It's the Sun. A nasty story but we'd really need facts before we gather a lynch mob.......

and you can't rely on the Sun for facts unless you want facts on Jennifer Ellisons tits.

If i had my option i would torture him for years but the PC brigae would give out

PC is about being a pussy and being extremely careful not to offend anyone, whether the people in question would be worried or not, it's not about having a different opinion. However wrong the opinion may be. :pac:

But eh yeah, I've pretty much gotten to the point where I can't be arsed reading that stuff, it's the same sick **** the entire time and nothing's going to be done about it, so I try to avoid riling myself up.

I agree to a certian extent the PC brigade is about not offending anyone but some pro life peoplr etc will argue that e will do his time and thats enough punishment . Personally i dont think anything would be enough for scum like this

i agree with the previous post about the creditability of the sun's journalism but even on his origional crime the man deserves to suffer . to add the rape of a 2 yr old well in my eyes the BASTARD deserves to be brought to the edge of his life and brought back again just to make him suffer him some more

i understand it will not bring back the dead kid or take the scars away from the poor girl but bastards like this should suffer

Do you think someone like him deserves to live

Why are people saying we need facts to condemn him? He was Convicted already. That's facts enough.

He does deserve the worst kind of punishment, but being in protective custody in prison will ensure he doesn't recieve it.

How in the name of fúck does someone rape a 2 year old. Truly disgusting.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,919 ✭✭✭Schism

Death penalty or not his life is pretty much over. He won't be able to go anywhere.

Even if he's segregated in prison I'm sure he'll have some 'accidents'.

Just to be safe I'll take one of those pitch forks though.

the worst thing is that he will be placed in protective custody at a greater cost to the Tax Payer just to ensure a worthless peice of ****e like him doesnt get what he deserves

i mean to me a man like this doesnt deserve to live and further to that should die in the most inhumane way possible to suffer

and even the suffering this scum would recieve would only be a fraction of what the 2 children recived

1 kid 18months too defenceless to defend himself against a 16stone man

another kid raped by the very same BASTARD

can anyone argue this **** deserves the rigth to life

ill admit im a lil drunk and this arguement is a knee jerk reaction my figures may be a little wrong and im open to correction but the point of my agruement remains the same

I said that, and I said it because the original story came from the Sun.

That is certainly not fact enough, if it is then Susan Boyle is clearly the next Monarch along with Simon Cowell and Lindsay Lohan is the President of America.

And that is why nobody should listen to you. You're angry and you want revenge, not justice.

And that's perfectly natural, just don't expect everyone to agree with your appeals to emotion.

    Yes.

    Dead men don't do time.

im not going to say its anger cause you bet your **** that it is

But how can you value this mans life when he has shown such disregard for others

to be honest i wouldnt like to see this man dead.

id like to see him suffer every day of his life , and i mean suffer . Screaming out at the top of his lungs for hours on end

Will it erase the terrible things he done ? No
Will it bring back the dead Child? No
Will it help that poor young girl? No
Will it stop the next sick ****? probably not

Is it fair ? i think so . its a hell of a lot farier than " you rape 1 child, than physically beat another defenceless child to death and we will lock u up for 10 yrs and then allow you to enjoy the rest of your life"

Unfortunately in Europe prison guards aren't given free rein like the Americans.

I reckon they should bring back in the death penalty as a means of carbon credit currency, every person put down saves about a third of a tonne of CO2 a year, that way the mob get their revenge and there's something in it for the hippies as well.

Why should emotion be taken out of this situation? What this guy did was sickening. He should thanks his lucky stars that he makes it to prison in one piece. What exactly is wrong with someone taking revenge against this guy?

I agree that guy who was false accused and convicted of sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl should have been killed too.

Anybody who goes to prison should constantly worry about being assaulted and raped it is only fair. I mean the guy who was accused of rape and cleared deserved to be raped when in police custody.

Mob justice has justice in it so it must be the right thing to do. I so wish courts were more like the real impartial world. Sick and mentally ill people are responsible like everyone else right?

[disclaimer before the PC hippies gang up on me: my post presumes justice has been dealt fairly]

That man should be hung, drawn and quartered and fed to wild animals. Rape on an adult is considered a heinous act - but someone so young they can barely walk or talk?...

The mind utterly boggles and how someone could do a thing like that, honestly. With any luck, the other convicts will do their best to give him a taste of his own medicine.

    2ymajrk.jpg

I believe he should be stripped naked and covered with honey and put in an Itchy and Scratchy cartoon. THey would do their fiendish tortures and because it's a cartoon he wouldn't be actually killed but in a whole load of hurt. Then I would dangle him over a pit of fire and prod his testicles with a red-hot poker before skinning him alive and dipping him in salt.

None of the above deals justice or does anything beyond appeasing my bloodlust but....
F*ck am I hard right now.

Unfortunatly, this story appears to be true - could not believe that anyone could be that sick when I heard about it yesterday http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/london/8030299.stm

I dont believe in the death penalty, but at the very least he or "it" should be in prision for life, maybe chemically castrated? How could it happen, how?

Read Damage Done by Warren Fellows and tell me that you'd be happy with anyone being treated like the Thai prison system.

Aye, but that says more about the courts than anything else. Apparently the families had been feuding for ages, so there were two options, either a fella raped someone to make a point, or else the other family were making up stories to get him. And apparently it was decided beyond a reasonable doubt that rape was the more likely case, despite no physical evidence.

Interesting article on the sidebar about a computer program that created a hypothetical image of what Maddie McCann looks like aged six.

Yes it does, that was my point, how the hell was he convicted when it was just his word against hers/her family's? Which is another reason why despite my being mostly in favour of the death penalty I wouldn't want it back without a proper overhaul of the whole justice system.

By the way "Anal Rampage III" - its not a nature documentary.

you could describe plenty of things as sick...the rape of a 2 year old is beyond "sick". I'm not easily offended, but I don't want to read any more details on this story.
I'd have clicked the link, only for the fact that I'd already seen the headline and didn't want to read any further. I'm just pointing out that the first post could have given a little detail about what the link was about.
