does anyone know a good drug for relaxation. I have to do a speech and need to take something to help me to relax. I have already tried valium, lexaton and other similar drugs before but they don't seem to have any effect? I haven't exceeded 10 ml however just in case. Cheers everyone!

Hi,

Might I suggest that you drift away from commercial drugs and try something simple such as a hot cup of herbal tea instead? Chamomile is relaxing...
