Any assistance for mature student doing second degree?

    Hey Everyone,

I am 24 and am seriously looking at going back to college to do a science degree. I have already completed an undergrad degree in Arts but am still struggling to find a career path. This is why I am looking at the science option, its always been something that I have loved and is a career path I think that I could stick to.

I currently work full time in Dublin and like in Kildare, the course I want to do is in Limerick, so obviously this would mean a move.
I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any aid or assistance even though this would be my second degree? Even if I would be entitled to rent assistance?

Also, what about the fees? I heard a few years ago that you could do an undergrad and avail of free fees twice, the first time being for a degree completed as a non-mature student and then the second as a mature student? Is this still the case?
If it helps, I would be considered an independent mature student.

    Thanks a million!!
