    Hi
    I am looking to rent private accomodation with my partner & am on JB since September. My partner is in full time employment so I am not entitled to Rent Supplement.
    Will my JB be stopped & means tested if I move in with my partner?

    JB is not means tested. Your partner's income will not be taken into account.

    However, if your JB claim expires and you have yet to find a job and are put on JA, that is means tested and your partner's income will then be taken into account.
