I'll be boxing in this event - this is the one I got some good tips on here for preparing for and the good diet advice from cowzerp has helped me get in shape for it. I've dropped 6kg in 6 weeks for it but it now looks like I'll be fighting former Dub footballer Vinny Murphy so I probably could have done with that extra 6kg for added ballast to absorb his haymakers .....think it'll be toe-to-toe for the most part so the crowd should get their money's worth whichever way it goes.

The momentum behind the event is really gathering - moved to a bigger venue (Tripod (aka The Pod) on Harcourt St) as we outsold the Conrad Hotel capacity. Capacity is now 1200 and I'd say we'll get close to that from people willing to support a great cause and also the masses out there who are all curious to see Trevor Brennan run amok in a ring. He's up against a beast in former Irish Heavyweight Karate Champ Butch Harmon though so it has the makings of a thriller alright.

Your 40 euro entrance includes access to the late bar in the nightclub afterwards so a great night should be had by all...hope to see some of you there.
