I think it would be very safe to say no. I was at a gig at the old Point a few years back and had a standing ticket. I was a bit tired and barely in the mood for the gig but I couldn't get rid of the ticket and I didn't want to waste it so I went. When I tried to see if I could go into the seated section, they wouldn't let me, even though there were loads of empty seats.

Varies between the gigs. First time I was there you could go between the upstairs and downstairs as you pleased but you couldn't sit in the seats unless you had a seated ticket.

Last time I was there I had a seating ticket and was blocked off from going downstairs. Managed to sneak down via an empty lift when the usher left for a few minutes though.
