Quinn Overseas Cover v Travel Insurance

    Hi
I am currently debating about upgrade the Family Health Insurance with Quinn from HealthManager Starter to Family/Personal Care. One of the main differences between the two is overseas cover on the Family/Personal Care.

What I am wondering is it worth paying the extra EUR300 for the overseas cover (plus other benefits - mainly private hospital cover - I dont really mind about not having all the private hospitals in the country) or will travel insurance do the same thing. Am I right in thinking I would still need the travel insurance even with the overseas cover ?
I am looking at Ace insurance which would give me a Family Annual Multi Trip for EUR73. The polices within Ace for Standard and Healthcare+ seem to be the same except for price (Cheaper if you have overseas medical insurance).
    Any help appreciated
    Thanks
