    Ok guys and gals so here's the thing.
    I've started lipotrim since sunday.
    For all that don't know its like total food replacement (eeeeek) and u take shakes and soup 3times a day totalling 425calories altogether.
    I did it nearly two years ago and lost 15lbs in 2weeks so stopped at that.
    Basically this time round i need some motivation cos im just finding it so hard. i forgot how horrible the shakes were they give me the gawks lol seriously,and the only alternative is the soup and i cant exactly have soup for brekkie!! i just feel like givin up bt den i'll be sry!! what are good exercises for tummy and love handles and thighs.any1 else ere on LT and how successful have ye found it? help much appreciated,thanks xxxx
