    What is this ? - 1995 era LC45 plus Decoder

    It's a Black box with two SCART sockets on the back and on the front there is a
    red LED = Power
    green LED = Active

    SCART 1 = Receiver in
    SCART 2 = Baseband Loop

    no sockets for smart cards or anything like that , but there looks like an EPROM in it, and a contrast dial on the back.

    baseband bit makes me think its a Dmac/D2mac decoder.
