Lost travel insurance question

Got a years travel insurance through a travel agency in March but me mate can't find the booklets they gave us. Do we have to pay again or would it be on a computer somewhere? Cheers

Where did you buy it from? If it was a travel agents then ring them and ask who the policy is with and ask for a new set of information to be sent out

Did you use an e mail address to receive the confirmation? If so then just find the e mail and print off the information

Did you buy it on c/card? If so then see who the payment went to as this will show who you bought it from.

Do you not have any clue who your insurance was with? I mean I can’t put my hand to the actual policy but I know who it is with.

Once you find your provider then you just need a new set of information to be sent out.

I am not sure who the actual provider was. I just bought it out of the shop so I have no e-mails. But I guess I'll ring them up and give my e-mail and tell them to send me it through e-mail or something?

Yep I would say ring the shop and ask them which company they use then ring the company and get them to send the info again.
