    This is interesting. We all too often see here when people have sore shins or feet or knees that the advice given is get the gait analysis and new shoes and you'll be laughing. May be true and works in many cases but from experiences sorting the issues out further up the body will usually get to the root cause as opposed to the quick or short-term fix.

    Something to bear in mind I suppose.

    In a similar vein this study from the University of Calgary is interesting.

    Ferber was stunned to discover that of 284 patients who visited his clinic complaining of leg pain over a period of seven months, 92 per cent had weak hip muscles.
