we are in the process of renovating and old cottage and at the moment there is no electricity so we plan to by a portable generator ,mainly to to power work lights or the odd power tool nothing to heavy duty , can anyone recommend something suitable looking to spend no more than 250-300 euro

There was a discussion on the site below a few months ago. I have a Honda 20i. It's fairly smooth and quiet compared to some.
