What companies will rent out my apartment for me in Bulgaria?

    Hi All,
    I have a 1 bedroom apartment in Sunny beach, Bulgaria which i would like to rent out for the summer. It is fully furnished to rental standards and in the Nessebar Fort Club complex. Does anyone have any good companies that will be able to take on the looking after/renting of my apartment? I went through the company i bought it from last year (fortnox) but only got a return of €800 for a full 4 months rental. They decided to rent it out to staff from the waterpark across the street so for obvious reasons i do not want to go with them again this year. I am hoping to find a company that has ties to some holiday companies and are in brochures etc. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

    The problem with the Nessebar Fort Club is that it's a bit far from the beach and the town center. People have a great choice when it comes to renting there and they will go for somewhere closer.
