    Ya. Entered today.

Hope there's a decent crowd, though hopefully nothing like the cattle mart that was the Great Ireland Run.

It starts at 10am on Monday in the Phoenix Park.

Doing it myself. Anyone know what course it is? I suspect it's the Aware 10K course but not sure.

I don't see anything saying what the course is.

Fantastic thanks for the update. Good course for anyone looking for a PB. Good long view of the finish at the end.

I ran 36:09 last time. Hope to take a good 40-50 seconds off that on Monday.

Didn't realise it was on already. Doing the BHAA race this weekend though so I'll just head along with the camera on Monday instead rather than running this one.

    Ran the race this morning.
Thought it was going to piss rain on us all, but it dried up almost right at 10am and so the soaked starters at least didn't have to contend with the rain for the race.

Very enjoyable, but have a big question.

Was it really a 10km race?
I'm pretty sure someone, somewhere has made a big mistake and that the race was, in fact, only around 9km - otherwise I had my pace completely wrong, and in fact I'm far fitter than I thought I was!

A sign saying '5km' appeared to be at the 4km spot, and a few other runners near me queried it too.

Hopefully, I'm completely wrong, but doubt it.

    garmin says 9.32km

    My mates says 9.31km

Just see in another thread that a mistake by the lead car/marshall led to the race being 700m short.

    So a 9.3km race.

Oh, well, can't stop the training yet so.
