Has anybody used the governments eTender website for web/graphic design work? Was brought to my attention recently but I am not sure if I have the time for it. One project had a 3 year maintenace contract attached to it.

I know various Irish web design companys have done work through the use of the site before, but I said id ask did anybody here use it.
