Im sure some of you have read here "interview" in this months Empire magazine, she is sprayed across the cover half naked in a shallow attempt to sell more copies.

I would be interested to hear what you think of the interview, she comes across as a bit an idiot, talking about not taking Transformers seriously and doesn't worry about learning her lines for it (she mentions that LeBoeuf does and takes it very seriously, which impressed me.)

She also goes about not liking celebrity, but then talks about getting a sleeve arm tattoo and doing so against all the advice of her advisors.

Possibly it is just me, but she comes across as very short term minded and her language in particular (a number of F bombs in the interview) struck me as immature and forced.

It is disappointing because besides her obvious good looks, she showed a bit of talent for acting in "How to Lose Friends and Alienate People", which was otherwise poor.

I meant in the interview in Empire, I thought that was clear enough?

I think he/she means, contrary to ur quote: either Megan Fox was terrible in that or it was a good movie.

    I'm guessing the former :p

Ah right, well I thought it was a bad movie but she played the part well.

She's overrated in the looks dept.IMO....tons of makeup...she looked tacky and cheap in Transformers....i saw her on Two & A Half Men also, she did that a fair few years back and she looked the same. But i'm not surprised by the interview and attitude, she's in it for the money and the photo shoots....she'll do Playboy soon i imagine.

She's probably a bit of a cheeky cow, all attitude and overly sexual...but what i do know, never met the girl.

I didnt read the interview, shes only 22 so I wouldnt expect her to be much of a Plato or Socrates.

Empire borrowed the cover image from Maxim and digitally added the autobot tattoo.

I thought she played the part where she walked across the pool very well aside from that calling her acting good in this movie is akin to saying Eminem did a good job in 8 mile, or Keanu Reeves did a good job in Bill & Teds Excellent Adventure. She basically played herself, and even at that she did so unbelievably.

To be honest I'd rather read about Megan Fox having a laugh and play around in an interview than suffer through another DeCaprio one in which he tell us all to do our bit for the enviroment while he jets across the world in his private jet.

Are you saying Keanu Reeves played himself in Bill & Ted because you know it's the one film where he actually y'know does act and isn't the same monotonous bland monotone performance, right?

    (I like Keanu Reeves.)

Playboy doesn't sell because of the fascinating indepth discussions with the female species....

It was Empire, do people buy Empire for half naked birds on the cover now? I'm pretty sure there are more effective magazines available for that kind of thing.

I felt a bit funny buying a magazine with a practically naked girl on the front I must admit.

The interview was painful, she was forcing edginess. Yawn.

I agree with OP that there's nothing cool about not caring about the film you're working on, if you don't care about it, why do it?

Shia La Boeuf at least appreciates what he has and respects everyone else working on the film enough to put in some effort. Who cares if the film turns out to be rubbish at least he can say he did the best he could.

    Girl's gotta eat.
    That's what Michael Bay says.
