Hi there, Aer Lingus flights to Athens dont seem to ever be on sale so im looking for another alternative to get to Greece for 10 days of island hopping with the b/f. Any suggestions (as alternative as you like) are very welcome! :) Thanks!

Theres a boat you can get from afew places in Italy. The further south you take the boat in Italy the less time itll take to get to the mainland in Greece. Its about 200 euro for a cabin but you can sleep up on deck for cheaper. www.ionianferries.gr

Good suggestion, thanks. I was also thinking about flying to Santorini and coming home via Athens but thats even more expensive!! Recession my eye!!
