I feel bored and my life is very ordinary. I am a wife and a mother of two school children. I also work as a teacher in a high school in the seventh grade. My life has lost all its passion and I feel there is no movement, excitement left in me. It could be due to the boredom of everyday activities. What can I do to bring back the excitement in my life and relationships?

    Maybe hit personal issues?

    squat/bench/deadlift?

edit - assuming you actually meant to post in the fitness forum.... then set yourself some goals, join teams, enter compeitions, exercise with others.

Start with making a list of your interests and passions and then see if there's any clubs/groups in your area.

You need to look at a therapy, which will excite and challenge you mentally and physically. Take the first step towards positive change in your life and you will feel more energetic and have a renewed passion in your life. You can bring back the magic in your relationships with commitment on your part. You will find help in [this website that I'm trying to shill], which inspires women to take good care of themselves and live a life with purpose. You can also indulge in the massages offered on the site. After all, only a happy woman can be a happy wife and a happy mother!

If you have the time, why not take up a class of interest?
whether academic or a dance class, salsa perhaps.

If you want to spice up your relationship, again, maybe your OH could join you in a dance class, or see if you can get a relative/friend to mind the children for a day and go off have a romantic picnic/day out? Perhaps try and have an activity a week, even one that involves the children. Could be swimming or pitch n putt, something to get you all out of the house & having fun.
