Premature Ejaculation

Hi, I would appreciate if people could help me with this problem which has plagued me since, well, my first erection.

I have read up on this subject elsewhere, and based on this it would appear that this is a fairly extreme variant of the problem of p.e. and it has caused me to have severe difficulties in developing a relationship.

Essentially, if I enjoy any level of sexual excitement I will ejaculate. There doesn't need to be any level of sexual intimacy - for example, on two occasions it occurred when I was dancing closely to a woman in a night club. Another time, just when I was walking a female friend home after a college party. FFS, it even happened at my debs! On the two occasions when I enjoyed sexual intimacy with a girl, it more or less ended in seconds - well before I even properly touched girl, and freaked them out hugely.

As you will appreciate this has caused a number of problems, and it has been a major factor in stopping me developing any form of semi-serious relationship. It has killed whatever level of sexual confidence I should enjoy - I am not a bad looking lad in the great scheme of things, and girls are not shy in coming up to me in a night club or something like that - however, I am extremely reluctant to even engage with women in such situations for fear of embarrassment.

When I was younger I thought I would grow out of it. But I am now 20 year old, a third year in college, and it has more or less ****ed me up. As I have said above, I have looked up other stuff online but it appears to only really apply to people who have a less extreme variant than myself. If anyone has gone through this themselves, and can offer some genuine advice I would appreciated it hugely. I wrote a song about how I feel and would appreciate comments

Ok that is a bit extreme , is it the stimulation/ friction or at this stage do you just panic ?? If it’s the latter there are councillors that can help (you should probably see one anyway), there are also numbing gels /sprays / condoms , or you could try the old one had shuffle prior to bumping ugly’s (just excuse your self and head to the loo a lot of guys like to pee first so don’t worry about it being unusual) , I have heard that in extreme cases circumcision has been used (not having the foreskin to protect it means the head of the penis becomes less sensitive) . I think the best thing for you to do is get your self a girlfriend and explain the situation to her and practice , most guys have probs the first few times any way and most girls know this and will appreciate the head’s up;)

TBH, go to see a GP. There are various ways to deal with this.

Question, OP... does this happen every single time you have an erection? Or is it a case that in a sexual encounter you ejaculate early and then can go on to have other, longer-lasting erections?

If it's the latter, then it's less of an issue - I once had a partner who had the same problem and once I knew about it, it was easy to deal with. If it's the first problem though, you'll need to talk to a GP about it.

Premature ejaculation (PE) is difficult to define. Perhaps the most agreed definition is: "ejaculation at a time unsatisfactury to either partner engaged in sexual intimacy." It can vary in intensity from just not being able to controll the timing of ejaculation during intercourse to the more extream situation of ejaculating before any penitration occurs at all.
I am a general practitioner with some experience in treating men with premature ejaculation. For the sake of brevity treatments can be divided into three types.
    (1) Psychosexual councilling. The problem here is that it requires a couple to present themselves to a psychosexual therapist. But many men with severe premature ejaculation will not have a partner because of their condition. However, when it can be arrainged, this is the best treatment for PE because it offers a permanent cure. Its all about learning controll, stopping and restarting and so on. It is not rocket science and it works.
    (2) Gells and creams, bands and pumps. You can buy all this crap on the internet. Don'tg waste your money!
(3)Medication. All the SSRI's delay ejaculation but none more so than Seroxat. It is taken about eight hours before the event but not contineously. I know the SSRI's are very contraversial but as a short-term solution it hepls to regain confidance while waiting for a better solution to come along. Go see your doctor and the best of luck.

I think you are still a high charge of hormones and you are putting yourself under too much pressure when you meet a girl. IMO you should do the one hand shuffle before you head out and you will empty for a few hours and when you meet a girl you wont feel so under pressure. If you get to second base you will last longer and enjoy the experience

Err... I think if the song he "wrote" about how he feels was "Jizz in my Pants" we can safely infer that this is a joke...

If serious, I'd say talk to your GP about it, see if he can refer you to someone who can help.
