    Hi, I'm doing some reasearch, for the first draft of my CAO application an was wondering is there anyway to do a joint Major in English and Maths ?

    Yes, you can do it through Arts (DN012) - English and Mathematical Studies.

    By maths do you mean 'mathematics' or 'mathematical studies'? 'Mathematical studies' is at a lower level than 'mathematics' and probably requires a lower entry standard in leaving cert maths than would 'mathematics'

    preferably 'mathematics' but it dosen't seem to be on the Arts course.
    Is there any other way to study 'mathematics' and English ?
