    Back ground:
    My Body weight = 65kg 5ft 5/6
    Age = 21
    Smith machine Benching = 80 kg (5, 2 , 3) fast as I can
    Free weight Barbell Benching = 50kg -barbell weight
    Dumbell Benching = 50kg/2 fast as I can (10, 6, 8)
    Decline Dumbell Benching = 50kg/2 fast as I can (10, 6, 8)

    Deadlift = 70kg

    Smith machine Squat = 70kg
    Lunges = 50kg/2 dumbells
    Squat Jumps = 50kg/2 dumbells
    calf raise = 25kg dumbells

    Leg Press Machine = 170kg somtime 200kg (10 x 3)
    Leg Curl Machine = 110kg (10 x 3)
    Leg Extention = 110kg (10 x 3)

    I am only doing this to increase my strength and speed. Is this ok or sshould I get rid of the machines? I don't do must of this all in same day I usually split them.

    Get off the smith machines for a starter, try to focus more on free weights also..

    What about the smith machine for squating? I just paranoid that the weight will fall on me :S

    if you have a power cage you can use the safety pins.

    if you dont think youll get the rep then dont do it. i havent had to dump a squat yet. if it takes more than a couple of seconds to get up ill leave it at that.

    Only if you overdo it and pile on more weight than you can handle. Start out low and build up as you feel comfortable. Not an expert, but don't think the smiths are doing you any good. the bar can only travel in a fixed path, so it can force your body out of alignment to stick to that path.

    make sure when u bench fast that you dont let the weight drop fast otherwise you are missing out on the negative part of the lift. also if its high reps try not to push the bar too high which may happen if you are going fast, its not good for the shoulder. by high i mean over extending/lifting your shoulders off the bench

    smith machines are a waste of time 99% of the time. u wont get crushed by any weight if u lift with good form and increase the weight over time as u get stronger and can handle it.
