You really should have phrased the title as a question.

Does Watson automatically get first to the button? It seems to get all the easy questions before the others.

It was a real "**** you computer, you might win the money but can you make jokes?" response.

Watson is run by two units of five racks, in which reside 90 IBM Power7 50 servers (each server having 4 CPUs with 8 cores each, where each core has four hardware threads) and its RAM is "over 15 TB

the system is a cluster of 90 IBM Power 750 servers, each of which contains 32 POWER7 processor cores running at 3.55 GHz [...] Watson can process 500 gigabytes per second [...] Moreover, each of those 32 servers is equipped with 256 GB of RAM

    So on those notes,

    Probably not damn crytek :pac:

It's a really big step in AI, I had to laugh when the developer gave away his real intention in building Watson, "I'm trying to make the computer from star trek".

I fully expect IBM to change it's name to Skynet in the coming years.
