    Any suggestions?
Will skipping and stretching be enough , or do I have to leave the house?
I play indoor for an hour once a week and do no other training, always last the hour(due only to determination) but am in bits after the first 10mins and need about 2 days to recover after :o (normally am gassed after warming-up)

    Help/advice appreciated.

skipping is a fantastic form of cardio but for endurance in a sport like football i think jogging would be best.cant go wrong with stretching either

    Cheers Mr Derek.
Decided to break out the football boots and play for an hour on the local green with the young lads. All went well until the end when i was going home carrying the goal posts (small) and decided to kick the ball from the green to my house with the outside of my right foot.
Must have been off balance (with the goals) and kicked the ground first:eek: Felt like I got stabbed in the ankle and it hasn't been right since.
    Bummer:(
