    Hi Guys,

My question is, Does anyone know where I can hire the stuff fairly right as Im getting crazy quotes. I will need it for approx 12 weeks in 4 weeks.

    Cheers in advance

AFAIK health and safety requires this scaffolding to be signed off by a trained person....

Obvously. Most if not all hire companies install the stuff and take it down when finished, but alot are very expensive. I am looking for a hire company who are reasonably priced to do the same job other companies charge alot of money for.
    Cheers

I bought mine for €3k. My self build insurance stated that it had to be "erected and maintained by a competent person".

I got my cousin to erect it. He is a qualified scaffolder. It was acceptable for the insurance company. I checked.

Hope to sell the scaffolding again. From what I can see there is still good demand for it.

I'm surprised you're getting high quotes for scaffolding at the moment as most if not all scaffolding companies yards are full at the moment.

Continue to price around and look into buying it and haveing a qualified person erect and sign off on it as has been said already.
