Online Tournament Fixtures Part Three

Ok so here is the third set of fixtures for the second Boards.ie online tournament.

Here are the rules for the games, make sure to read them all carefully!

• You must organise a time with your opponent to play your game by posting in this thread and sending PM's
• Where possible you should post in this thread what time you are playing at so anyone who wants to watch may do so.
• All scores must be posted in this thread by midnight Sunday night
• You must try your best to get your game played by this time limit as we don't want a backlog of fixtures. Forfeits will be handed out if you take too long to play
• All matches are to be best of ten legs meaning it can be a 5-5 draw
• You should throw for the Bull or one dart highest score to see who throws first
• YOU DO NOT PLAY ALL TEN LEGS UNLESS IT GOES TO 5-5. ONCE SOMEONE WINS 6 THE GAME IS OVER
• You may use either exchalk or DartPro to play your game

Andy, sorry but Ezchalk just crashed on me there. Take the victory 6-0. Did it crash on you too? You weren't there when i logged back on. It was running slow but it was my fault i think, there is a problem with my comp. Not sure what it is because my connection seems fine. It just seems to e running Internet Explorer very slow.... Must try and sort it.

I think the slowness of it affected you because you weren't scoring like i expected you to.

Happy with my scoring but my doubles were terrible.

I am still connected to the game but it was painfully slow. However that didnt affect my scores, I have been poor recently. Think its just the end of a long season and the motivation is low. You are more than welcome to play the match again when you get the connection sorted out.

Cheers mate, but you were 4-0 up anyway, i don't think i was going to come back.... had a 56 average, pretty happy. if i could sort my doubles out i reckon i could have threatened you.... Had a 180 by the way KingP.....

Well mate you made me play better by throw great darts i needed to hit a 103 finish and a big 177 to contend

Aye Cracking darts mate, truly it was a very enjoyable game because i managed to take 3 legs i was very happy with that and i wasnt miles off the pace in most of the other legs.

I hope i can use this performance for my teams semi final in the 6 a side cup on friday

if i throw like i did there i'll beat anyone i play down there

Some cracking darts from both of you, I averaged 83 or so (my best ever probably because I never got a chance at my doubles;)) against Ste and still got hammered!

Well done KingP another shocker of a game for me. Only one dart at a double and that was the final leg and at the bull.

Wow, that is by far the best I have ever played in my life! I think I averaged about 69, everything I threw went in. I managed to limit the amount of 1's, 5's etc that I usually hit and my doubles were mostly spot on, i only missed three clear darts twice I think.

Passinginterest I don't think you were at the top of your game at all, you played much better against me the last time. I think you are a much better player than you played today. Thanks for the game mate and good luck with the rest of the tournament.

I'm pumped after that!

thats was agreat game. was watching it, King you were on fire mate:eek:, have nevered seen you throw like that before. unluckly there passing threw some good darts, just couldn't get into it though.

Unlucky mate, I seem to have hit some decent form lately. Think we played an extra leg. Happy to finally get on the 180 board with 2 and a 146 finish. Think I finished with an average of 85+

Averaged 75 again, and got 1 dart at a double. Superb darts DavB, you averaged 90 for the first 4 legs, let it slip a bit towards the end but still finished with an 80ish average.

I think scoreline flatters me a bit. Really happy with the way i played, think i averaged around 80. fair play padr81 your average was around that mark as well so i knew i couldn't let up

Ok lads I have received complaints suggesting that some players in the tournament might be cheating by entering in higher scores than they actually got.

I am not accusing anyone of cheating and I am also not suggesting that it is going on but lads this is only a friendly competition between a group of lads on a darts forum. It's purely to help your practice for tournaments and games that actually and there is nothing to be gained from cheating. There are no prizes for the winner of the tournament, it's all in the name of fun. We have a great group of lads on this forum at the moment and I think that the tournament is going well and so will the one sin the future.

Play honestly and your game will improve, I know mine has since the last tournament.

That's the end of it now, I will say no more and trust that everyone is being honest.
