My 24 year old sister is about to graduate as a doctor. We're very proud of her and want to get her something special to mark the occasion. However we're clueless as to what to get her!! She doesn't want anything linked to her new job as she already has all that sort of gear. Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you.
