I booked a holiday a few months ago travelling to crete. We were told our flight was a 10am departure and travelling with "primera" airline.
I got a letter in the post saying the times are changed to 17:35 and the airline is changed as the airlines code is "OK2343" anybody know what airline this would be???

That's a big difference in flight time though, you've gone from arriving mid afternoon to arriving late at night, that would annoy me. This seems to be Budget Holidays speciality, that and cancelling flights altogether.

Yes you can say that again.I reckon it was part of why we got it so cheap a while back. But i know we can do nothing now

Flight times on charter holidays are very much subject to change and when there's a change of airline, it's often difficult to get the schedule of the new airline to match the schedule of the original flight time given at the time of booking.

Unfortunately, it's just one of those things that can happen when booking a package holiday.
