Translate from legalese?

A friend of mine who does Spanish-English translation is trying to make something of the following

(hereinafter called "the landlord" which expression where the context so admits shall include the immediate revisioner for the time being expectant on the term hereby created and the person entitled to rent hereunder) of the one part and Maria Suarez and Pablo Motos of the other part."

... I need to tell her what this means in plain English. But... WTF!? :eek:
Any chance of a point in the right direction?

Well I know exactly what it means...but in plain English after a glass of wine ....

She's translating a Lease (most likely) - say for 10 years - and the idea is to define who the landlord is to cover a scenario if his/her identity were to change during the term of the lease.
Like: if the Landlord died or of the landlord sold their interest in the property (eg sold a shop building with a sitting tenant)

You could also have a chain of landlords involved. So A (freehold owner) grants a lease to B, and B sublets to C. If B defaults or goes bankrupt (the landlord here), then the lease defaults to A.
