    Hi all,

All my pictures disappeared from my iphoto library recently. They are still in the computer when I open package contents.

Do you know how I can view my photos in Iphoto again?

The reson they disappeared was something to do with Mac updating the software at the start of the year. Which I did not do. How do I do the update?

There is probably a simpler solution, but I would just drag the originals out of the package contents into a folder on the desktop, then re-import them from that folder.

I wouldn't re-import them until I had updated iPhoto first.

To update the software, you can select the Apple (symbol) menu and then Software Update then uncheck everything except iPhoto from the list and then do the update. or you can open iPhoto and then select 'Check for Updates' from the iPhoto menu. There is also a third way, so I shall be all mysterious and not mention it. ;)
