What I would change about the WWE

Well hi there everyone, this is my first post, so bear with me if I am a little choppy. But I would like to start off by saying a few things about what I would change about the WWE.

1) The WWE needs to be more organized-
This is the point that has the widest range of all of my points. What I mean here is that to me it is out of control. I mean, we have belts changing hands all the time, we have short title reigns, and every superstar is a champion at some point or another in their career. This needs to change. The way I look at it now is if everybody is champion, then what is the point of having one? If I were in charge I would make championship reigns last longer, (as in many months, maybe years, not weeks or one month) not everyone would wear Championship Gold, and that includes every belt.

2) Make the rest of the belts mean something-
What I mean here is to make it mean something to be the tag team, US or IC Champion. This means have better names be champions than what they are now. There would also be privileges to be one of these champions. One of the things I would do here, for example is have a Saturday Nights Main Event every year, 8 days before the Royal Rumble. The main event every year would be the Intercontinental and United States Champions fighting for the right to be #30 and last entrance in the Royal Rumble. The loser would be #29.

3) Bring back "fun" to the WWE Divas-
The Diva division has become boring. So I would bring back fun to the division. I'll let you use your imagination here.

4) Put Teddy Long in charge of the whole WWE-
It is what I wrote. No explanation.

5) Fire certain wrestlers-
I'm sorry, but even when there "good" the Big show, Mark Henry, and Kahli are just to BIG. They need to go.

what I mean here is making Teddy Long the cross-brand decision maker for the WWE. Now there would be three managers, one for each brand, but Long would be the GM of the whole WWE. That means he has the final word in all three brands.

but why on earth teddy long?! how would they explain him usurping Vince and taking all the mcmahons power!?

I am not saying that he would have more power than the McMahons. It is just that they McMahons are usually not in WWE shows from week to week. So He would have the final word on a weekly basis. Now they could come in and overstep him, but I am guessing they would not do that all the time. Some of Long's job titles would include obviously making a few matches, but also for things such as he would be the one to settle disputes between a manager and a wrestler. Or maybe two brands sttart fighting like they have in the past. He would be the one to fix the problem.

I also picked Long becuase he seems like a very popluar and he is also fair person.

I absolutely hate seeing that guy on TV.

I understand that he is hard to look at and listen to. But He is fair and just. He listens to all sides and makes good decisions. Also on a lighter note, someone needs to keep Vickie in check. In fact you wanna talk about someone who needs to be fired, now that I thought of it.

Vickies one of the best heels in the business.

She gets more of a response in TWO WORDS than teddy could hope to get in two years.

She got more of a reaction on Raw when Cena said that she wasn't there than anyone else

Title reigns lasting longer than a year just don't work in today's game. It can with the top titles, but it can't with every title. The company changes their minds on stuff on a weekly basis, there's no way that they could plan for title reigns that long

theres too many shows/ppvs for reigns that long to even be conceivable.

not to mention theres only so much return they can get on their marketing investment in one man. Better to spread it around a bit. And if title reigns were that long then HHH couldnt reach Flairs record. And THAT, would be tragic.:(:(

Thats a great point. At the o2 the other week the sale of t shirts was well spread out. If there was only a couple of top guys getting all the promotion then only two sets of shirts would sell and alot of people wouldn't be bothered buying them. Most Wrestling fans get bored of the same people as champ for ages. Look at cena and HHH, they are the champs now few fans (On this site anyway) are happy bought it.

I do understand the idea of having title reigns that mean something, 4 week runs help no one but with all the ppvs how do you get it to last a 10 or 12 months without it losing you money?
