What to do the month before starting marathon training

I start training for Dublin in late June,
I am doing the P & D plan up to 55m per week.
    It only starts at 36m ...i do 40m weekly...some weeks 45+,
so i feel i am in marathon training already as i do a tempo, easy, recovery and a long runs each week, aswell as most races that are on in my region.

Should i have an easy month leading up to it or just keep going as i am ?

Would i possibly burn out if i keep going and then up the intensity during the summer ?

Or,should this stand to me ?

    Any other suggestions appreciated

Hi Sosa, what I would be doing is to start altering your routine now and start building up the habit of running 5/6 days consistantly a week (which I think you do anyway). I would race when you feel like it because if your going to give the P&D a good go you will be limiting the amount of races you do, so get them in now and enjoy them. I can't see you burning out because over the last couple of months (since you havn't been running with sungod :D) your training has become more sensible. So as you are I think

thats what i was thinking woddle,i have 3/4 races before i start training and then 1 target race, maybe one or two others and more than likely i will do the blarney half in mid september at MP.
The cork to cobh is 15m but only 3 weeks before the marathon,i could do that at MP also or i could do 10m of it at MP...we will see
