Hello friends, I need some advice please. I am currently unemployed and I have decided to set up a website. This site will basically be selling advertising space for hotels, b+bs, self catering accommodation etc. It will be based in Ireland selling to Irish property owners.I will not be turning over anything near the treshold of €37000. My question is do I still need to register for vat and if not what do I tell people who may ask for a vat receipt. Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Just tell them you are not registered for VAT and do them up an invoice but with no VAT on it.
