im just wondering if anyone knows where i would get parts for an oleomat track machine,
the late grandfather bought it new in the 60s not sure where from it was long before my time .

but its parked it the corner of a garden/field along the bog pass for the last 20 odd years and now in quiet times i would have an interest in restoring her to her former glory,

i need an engine , firstly and i think its a perkins 4108 same or similar to a mk1 massey 65,

i was thinking about pin/bush the chains as they are ate away around the bushings, and i have a new set of weld on sprockets that will fit.

a complete re spray, and rebuild all around, it wont cost me big money as i have all the facilities myself ,

i did a similar project on his old hy-mac 580bt a couple of years ago and i still have it , like new , just for a keep sake,

if anyone knows where there might be a few bits that would fit the oleomat or who was the dealer i would be greatful for a point in the right direction, and i would be willing to travel the country for parts

    thanks
    leitrim lad
