Hi guys any ideas with this,

I won a phone on 17th(Friday) April and paid immediately, but the seller still haven't post the phone yet, as for today 23th i have been waiting for 6 days already. So what is actually the general consensus for the waiting time? I mean at least for the item to be posted and tracking number to be given, etc.
I have e-mailed the guy twice and he replied that the item will be sent out a few days and told me to take it easy that the transaction will be smooth and all that in both e-mails.
And yeah, i have checked his feedback, similar items have been sold before and 100% feedback......
What should i do? File a dispuite? More e-mails? Refund?

I've waited up to a month on items to be shipped depending on the schedule of the seller. Can it be annoying? Yes but very few sellers will post it the same day.

I know what you mean, but on his site it was stated that the item will be sent out by registered airmail and it takes 7-15 working days.
So do you say i'll just have to wait and hope for the best?

File a dispute, and tell him to post by tomorrow, providing tracking number, or you'll up to a claim. If he can't make it to the Post Office for a week, he shouldn't be selling.

Thanks foe the advice, i think i'll give him another 2 days so in total 7 working days after my payment, and then i'll email him and ask him what's the story, then maybe file a dispute..:(

You have to wait a total of 10 days after the sale to open a dispute
