As part of Chris Brennan's trip to Ireland, he'll be conducting a two hour workshop in Spartan MMA, Tallaght, on April 30th (next Thursday), from 7-9pm.

I shouldn't really need to expand upon the virtues of Chris. For anyone who's ever been to his seminars you will find them hands down the most accessible, friendly, informative, and fun seminars in MMA.

Great event last night. Thanks to Colm, Chris and Dave.

It may not have been submission of the night, but I am particularly fond of the Jimura. I cant get the shoulder lock, but the choke is surprisngly effective.

2 Thumbs up, Cheers Colm for my belated visit to your place and thanks to Dave and Chris... Some technical stuff and some valuable finer points to increase the percentages on the subs.

Especially liked that Triangle setup that caused the ooohs and aaahs from all attending.
