Juniper Olive - Virtual COM port?

    Okay, I've searched everywhere. I have asked several people and I have configured different setting for hours!

    I can't connect to my JunOS Olive (running in VMware) via a virtual serial port.

    I have successfully got it going and I can configure in from within VMware but I'd really prefere to use SecureCRT to manage the routers.

    Any suggestions?
