I picked one of these up in the mad rush 6 or 8 months ago - it died on me about 4 months ago - wasn't too impressed with it lol, anyway just got onto OCZ and they were very quick about RMA'ing it - I guess they are used to them dying,

Anyway they are going to send me out a new one, have these been fixed ? will it be a new version or will it come with the same problems,

I'll probably flog it on adverts, any idea how much I should be looking for

If you are unsure, I will take it off your hands for €20. ;)

what was the model/version you got?

the new OCZ vertex ssd is looking very tasty atm but it's still unproven in long-term usage but I guess you'd want to be very very lucky for them to send you out one of them!

I'll take it off ya for €50 :)
