anyone get around to watching it yet?

the names escape me now but i thought it was funnyish but i was expecting more. Gob's (cant remember name) character in this was the funniest - his voice is very recognisable

Had a look at the first episode last night. Promising if slightly patchy.

P.S. The actor who plays GOB is Will Arnett.

Have watched the first two episodes so far with the second being the funnier of the two.

Must say that Will Arnett and Jason Batemans' voices are very recognisable. However, without their brilliant facial expressions and mannerisms it's hard to warm to their, and the other, characters.

I agree that the 2nd episode was beter and i will definatly watch the next 2 episodes anyway

    EDIT:

    ****ing yanks

    From tv.com

"The show's premiere two weeks ago only slightly disappointed, but the second episode raised the red flag at Fox. Viewers bolted after The Simpsons and returned for Family Guy, making Sit Down, Shut Up look quite the chump. "

i didnt think the pilot was that great but i still waited for the 2nd episode - i give most new shows that are even remotly interesting 2 or 3 episodes before i stop wathcing
