regaining Fitness and Losing Weight

    Hi

    Would anyone be able to shed some light here.

    I recently joined a gym to get fit again and lose 2 or 3 stone as I was laid up with Injury for last 15 months. I have so far compleated 5 weeks doing between 3 to 5 days a week 2 cardio and 1 weights. I do feel a little better toned but my weight has moved at all even though I have cut out crap and sticking to 4 meals a day. Would there be any reason as to why i have not lost a few pounds . I had hope to have lose 2 to 3 lbs per week.
