Golfing Trips - Advise wanted!

Hi . I played in an annual competition which was washed out in April and I thought at looking to orgnaise a trip abroad and hold the competition say in Spain for next year! Any one know where / who the best people to talk to would be who could organise such a trip - 100 golfers approx! Thanks Dak
