Problem when PDF'ing word documents

Not sure if this is the right place or not but I have a dilemma.

When I print a word document, the print always follows with an extra sheet including filename, template, editing time and a host of other file junk. It follows every single print from word. If I print 8 pages then I get 9 with the last made up of filename junk.

I also get this when I PDF a word document. Say I have a word document of 4 pages, then when I PDF it I end up with 5 pages. My 4 pages and then an extra one of file details.

I use vista by the way.

Anyone have any idea how to turn this off??

    Cheers

Under Tools, Options..., Print you probably have "Document properties" selected under the "Include with Document" section.

This could be hidden text, so you can't see it on the scree, but it does appear on the printer.

    have fun
