signature, is not not displaying

This may have ask before, but from what i understand , once you over 25 post you get a signature, so how mine is not not displaying? All i want to is advertises my new blog on my sig.

I can see it, make sure you have signatures turned on here (tick 'Show Signatures').

It's appearing for me. You might need to try clearing your cache if you're using firefox/
