September International Karate Camp - UKAI - Cork Ireland

The first European/Asian UKAI autumn will take place (for the first time) in Cork, Ireland on the 5th and 6th of September 2009.

It will be a two day camp with the most senior of American and European karate instructors.

This camp is organized by Sensei Paul Allan 7th Dan Shotokan, http://www.silverspringskarate.com/begin/philo.htm

And currently will provide instruction in:-

• Shotokan
• Taekwondo
• Koryu Uchinadi
• MMA
• Fitness for combat athlethics
• Health and wellness
• Aikido
• Sport Karate
• Kobudo

Don't have time for a full report but just wanted to say this was a fantastic course over the weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed every single class and it was great to have an opportunity to train with so many different instructors and see so many different approaches. I've taken away alot from it.

Thanks to all guest instructors and especially to Sensei Allan who made us feel so welcome. I look forward to training with all of the instructors again and I hope this first European Camp in Cork will become an annual event.
