    Hey,

I'm a society golfer who would be interested in joining a club would be willing to spend up to about 500 per year (if possible), would prefer if it was in Dublin but would be willing to travel to Kildare/Wicklow area.

If you could specify whether this would be a reduced green fee or all inclusive that would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers!:)

The 'Bronze' membership in Citywest is €500 and €20 each time you play (on the Lakes course). That gets you your GUI aswell.

The course itself is pretty short (8 par 3's) but it's always well maintained and the greens are usually in great condition.

Elmgreen is €475, with a reduced greenfee of €11 all week, except for Saturday pre 2pm (see www.elmgreengolfclub.ie) or else €850 all in...weekend comp fees are included.
Course is generally in good condition, greens are slowly getting back to normal after recent pole forking, prior to which they had been very good. Not the longest course, but I think it's definitely good value
